Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine signed orders to extend the stay-at-home orders for all counties across the commonwealth that will remain in the 'red phase' starting at midnight Friday, 5/8, tonight. The orders have been extended until June 4. They also signed a 'yellow phase' order for 24 counties in the north-central and northwestern parts of the state that will be moving into that second phase of reopening also starting at midnight. A missing 13-year-old Bucks County boy who took his parent's minivan early in the morning on Sunday, 5/3, was spotted in Virginia on Wednesday, 5/6. Kadin Kent Willauer left his home in Milford Township around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the family's white 2016 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has extended the state's public health emergency by another 30 days. The declaration was first signed in March and renewed in April.
