Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Doug Pederson has tested positive for coronavirus COVID-19. He is reportedly asymptomatic and feeling fine. 52-year-old Pederson informed the team at an unscheduled meeting on Sunday. He must now quarantine. Another staffer who was in close contact with him was also sent home.

Pederson will be allowed to rejoin the team at training camp, according to NFL protocols:

The Philadelphia Phillies have released their schedule for the 2020 60-game abbreviated schedule. Opening Day is July 24 with a home series vs the Miami Marlins. This season we will be playing 40 games against NL East teams and 20 games against AL East Teams. This will reduce travel and decrease possible exposure to only the other 9 eastern teams. The Little League World Series has been canceled for the first time in almost 75 years due to coronavirus COVID-19. The annual youth baseball tournament is held in August in Williamsport, PA. It brings teams from all over the United States and the World to compete for the LLWS championship. The Phillie Phanatic made his debut at Spring Training at Spectrum Field in Clearwater, FL, on Sunday afternoon, 2/23, with a few changes to his appearance. He is slightly slimmer than before, which may actually make it easier to navigate the stands. He also has a new pair of sneakers and socks. His feathery eyebrows and tail have also been spruced up. Kobe Bryant, NBA legend, has died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, CA. Bryant won 5 NBA Championships with the Los Angeles Lakers and was an 18-time All-Star. He attended Lower Merion High School. His 13-year-old daughter Gianna Maria-Onore was also on board and died. Bryant is survived by his wife Vanessa and three other daughters (Natalia Diamante, 17; Bianka Bella, 3; and infant Capri Kobe). He was 41.
