Philadelphia Heath Commissioner Dr. Tom Farley announced new restrictions on Monday, 11/16, called 'Safer at Home' aimed to fight this new wave of coronavirus COVID-19. The restrictions go into effect starting Friday, November 20 through January 1, 2021. Farley said that the City of Philadelphia is now averaging 700 new daily positive cases at a 13% positivity rate.
