The Chester County District Attorney's office says that a 4-year-old girl was taken from her home in the middle of the night and sexually assaulted. It happened on June 10 around 3:30 a.m. in Avondale. DA Tom Hogan says that 35-year-old Humberto Guzman-Garcia of Avondale randomly knocked on the apartment door and the little girl answered. Rescue crews were able to locate and recover the body of a man trapped underground following an explosion at a Bensalem gas station on Tuesday, 6/12. It happened at Liberty Gas on the 1200 block of Bristol Pike around 4:50 p.m. Co-owner Joseph Vigilante and worker, 63-year-old Frank Tomasiello, were cleaning the vault that encases the 8,000 fuel tank by removing water when there was an explosion. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court won't remove the judge from Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill's case. At a hearing on Tuesday, 6/12, three of the justices denied his request to remove Judge Genece Brinkley from his long running case and three of the justices supported it.
