| A bill permitting some restaurants and bars to sell prepared alcoholic beverages to go passed the Pennsylvania Senate on Wednesday, 5/13. It was a unanimous vote 48-0. The bill previously passed the PA House of Representatives on 4/28 by a 193-9 vote. It will now go to Governor Wolf's desk. | A security guard is being charged for shooting three teenagers on a SEPTA bus last month that he claimed was in self defense. 24-year-old Brandon Ferguson is charged with four counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person. | Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting at a cemetery in Bear that has left two people shot. It happened around 10:15 a.m. on Friday, 5/8, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery on the 2400 block of Chesapeake City Road.
