A SEPTA Police Officer and a suspect were caught on cell phone camera engaging in a fist fight at the Allegheny station of the Market-Frankford El in Kensington on Monday morning, 9/14. The suspect was caught allegedly 'fare selling.' He was standing next to a turnstile and charging people to swipe them through the gate. He may have had a stolen, lost, or defective SEPTA Key card. The suspect ran off during the fight but police did catch and arrest him.

A federal judge has ruled that many of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's administration's coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic restrictions were unconstitutional.
