Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced the bust of a "major drug operation" in Philadelphia's Summerdale section after a raid by Philadelphia Police of Friday morning. 10 suspects were arrested and 10,000 bags of suspected heroin, possibly fentanyl, was confiscated. A judge has dismissed the most serious charges against members of a Penn State fraternity in the alcohol-fueled hazing death of a pledge last school year. District Justice Allen Sinclair threw out the charges of involuntary manslaughter and felony aggravated assault. He also dropped all charges against four of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity members. Philadelphia Police are searching for a missing boy who was last seen on Monday. 13-year-old Kcajjahn Ward was last seen at around 5:30 pm on Monday in North Philadelphia wearing a tan, black, and red t-shirt, black shorts, and a red cast on his right hand. Ward is said to be 5'9", 155 lbs, with a heavier build. Police have also said that Ward has his hair braided above his ears. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Northwest Detectives (215-686-3353).

A Chester police officer has been accused of sexually assaulting two woman while on duty on two separate occasions. 47-year-old officer Albert Ross is charged with two counts of official oppression, harassment, and indecent assault without the consent of others. Back in May, Ross had inappropriate contact with a 46-year-old woman during a service call to her home. He allegedly placed his flashlight between her breasts and and said, "Let me see." Philadelphia Police are now investigating a double shooting that left a man and a woman injured in Southwest Philadelphia. The incident took place at around 4:15 pm on the 6400 block on Upland Street. A 37-year-old victim was shot twice and another 23-year-old victim suffered a graze wound. Both victims were taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital and are listed in stable condition. So far there is no word on a motive, but police are still investigating.

The driver of a bus carrying over 2 dozen students and adults from Philadelphia that crashed on I-95 in Maryland this past spring is now facing charges. 59-year-old Clarence Beamer Jr. is charged with negligent driving contributing to an accident and failing to drive in a designated lane. Police and fire crews are currently investigating a possible arson incident that took place in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. The incident took place on Tuesday at a construction site on the 1800 block of Frankford Avenue. Police say that a worker arrived at the site and found evidence that someone tried to set one of the units being built on fire. Police in Camden County, NJ, have arrested a man wanted for slashing the tires of multiple emergency vehicles outside the Police and Municipal building in Somerdale on Sunday. 51-year-old Edward Holmes III was charged with multiple counts of criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a weapon, and related charges. Two armed women dressed as nuns tried to rob a bank in the Poconos on Monday. Police say that the attempted robbery took place at the Citizens Bank near Tannersville. Authorities say that the two women showed the teller a handgun, but police believe that another employee was able to activate the automatic alarm which scared the two women off.
