| The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce has apologized after it wouldn't let a teenage boy inside their offices on Wednesday afternoon, 7/31, as he sought shelter from a severe thunderstorm. 13-year-old Collin Giambrone of Levittown was fishing at Caroline Lake in Fairless Hills, which is behind the Chamber of Commerce offices.
