| A Blizzard Warning will now go into effect from Friday at 7 p.m. to Sunday at 10 a.m. The storm is coming in earlier and the National Weather Service has increased the expected snow totals in our area to 18-24". Philadelphia has declared a snow emergency starting at 9pm Friday night. All cars must be cleared from snow emergency routes by that time or they will be towed. A man was shot late Thursday night in Center City, and the shooter has been arrested thanks to some witnesses. The shooting happened around 11 p.m. at 15th and Chestnut Streets. Witnesses inside a nearby restaurant followed the shooter, and guided police over the phone to where the gunman was eventually arrested a few blocks away. The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Police say the victim had narcotics on him, but no motive has been determined at this time.

| A 4-alarm fire ripped through a 3-story apartment building in Center City this evening. It started around 5:40 p.m. at 2122 Locust Street near Rittenhouse Square. Around 20 people were evacuated from the building. The fire quickly grew going to 3-alarms at 6:28 p.m. and 4-alarms right after at 6:35 p.m. Firefighters had to deal with the frigid temperatures in the 20's and the brisk winds gusting up to 20.
