| A Chester County woman has been arrested after faking a cancer diagnosis and then fraudulently collecting online donations. 31-year-old Jessica Ann Smith of Chester Springs claimed that she had colon cancer and was getting treatment at Penn Medicine. An armed robber was shot dead by the intended victim during an attempted robbery on Sunday night, 11/3. It happened around 8:30 p.m. near 60th and Girard Avenue in West Philadelphia. Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver of a pickup truck who attempted to lure a young girl in Northeast Philadelphia on Friday, 11/1. It happened around 6 p.m. on the 3500 block of Teton Road. Police say the man approached the girl saying, 'Give me a kiss', 'where is your mother?' and 'Let's Go.' | The National Weather Service has confirmed that an EF-2 tornado struck Delaware County on Thursday evening, 10/31. The tornado damaged dozens of homes, around 8 severely, along Chelsea Court in Thornbury Township near Glen Mills.
