Police have arrested a man in connection with the shooting of a Rite Aid store manager in Chester Thursday night. 24-year-old David Wiggins will be charged with first, second and third degree murder and related offenses in the death of 40-year-old Jason Scott McClay of Broomall. An ambulance was carjacked this afternoon on I-76 that was transporting a patient. It happened around 3:00pm near the Girard Ave exit of the Schuylkill Expressway. A man hijacked the ambulance while it was traveling westbound forcing the crew out with a gun. Police began to pursue the ambulance until it became disabled near City Line Ave where the suspect pulled over and began to run. He was then apprehended. The female patient was transported to Roxborough Hospital.

Police in Chester are looking for a couple in connection with the murder of a Rite Aid store manager there last night. Just before closing, security cameras captured images of a woman and a man entering the store (pictured). Moments later, patron heard a gunshot and fled the store. Police arrived to find the store manager dead of a single gunshot wound to the head. A $5,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information.

PennDOT has announced that daytime lane restrictions are scheduled on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia for a series of bridge inspections. The work schedule is today and next week, Monday through Thursday. The right lane will be closed on northbound I-95 between Island Avenue and Broad Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Also on Friday, September 27, the right lane will be closed on southbound I-95 between Allegheny Avenue and Girard Avenue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A 17-year-old boy was killed after he was shot multiple times in the city's Brewerytown section Wednesday night. The victim was shot multiple times in the chest. He was taken to Hahnemann University Hopsital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. Police say they recovered 13 shell casings at the scene.

A Philadelphia man has been arrested for stealing more than $156,000 from Victory Fellowship Church in Lower Providence Township while working as a bookkeeper for the church. A Cape May County fisherman is hoping someone honest will return several thousand dollars in cash he lost on the Garden State Parkway. Matthew Camp cashed a check for $12,000, put it in his backpack and hopped on his motorcycle. He was planning to buy an engagement ring for his girlfriend. Officials say that last week's massive boardwalk fire in Seaside Park was caused by an electrical issue. Live wires underneath the boardwalk which had been eroded by Hurricane Sandy sparked the blaze. The wires were located between the boardwalk and the building and were inaccessible to people.
