| A suspect was killed during a confrontation with a U.S. Marshal in Northeast Philadelphia Monday. The shooting happened on the 1300 block of Hellerman Street at around 10:20 am. The U.S. Marshal was serving a warrant to a suspect for a shooting that took place in July in Philadelphia. Officials say that the suspect drew a weapon out on the marshal, and the marshal pulled out his gun and shot him, killing the suspect. The suspect's weapon was recovered at the scene. | Police are now investigating a home invasion that took place in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia on Sunday night. The incident happened on the 6700 block of Ruthland Street at around 8 pm. Police have also identified Cope's 30-year-old son Zachary Cope, as the suspect in her death.
