A mother and her adult daughter were each sentenced to five consecutive life sentences for the murders of 5 of their relatives, including 3 children, in a Bucks County apartment last year. 47-year-old Shana Decree and her 21-year-old daughter Dominique Decree each pled guilty but mentally ill to five counts of first degree murder. The victims include Shana's children 25-year-old Naa'Irah Smith and 13-year-old Damon Decree Jr. both of Morrisville, Shana's sister 42-year-old Jamilla Campbell of Trenton and her 9-year-old twins Imani and Erika Allen. Four of the victims were suffocated, the Jamilla was strangled. It happened in late February 2019 over three days. A social worker discovered the scene during a welfare check on 2/25/19 at the Robert Morris Apartments on the 200 block of West Bridge Street in Morrisville, PA. The defendants were found "disoriented" inside the wrecked unit along with the five bodies. They told police that everyone wanted to die, including the children. Court appointed psychologists and psychiatrists determined they suffered from severe mental illness.

A woman was struck and killed in a hit-and-run accident while crossing the street in Montgomery County on Sunday evening, 9/27.
