Lower Merion High School and the surrounding community are mourning after the long-time, beloved high school principal was killed in a car accident this weekend. Sean Hughes died on Saturday morning following a collision. He was taking his son to soccer practice. The boy suffered non life-threatening injuries. A private security guard working at LOVE Park in Philadelphia while the Christmas Village exhibit is under construction shot and killed a man on Tuesday evening, 11/9. 43-year-old Gregory Thomas Sr. is charged with murder and other offenses.
