Earlier today authorities issued a warrant after the South Jersey man charged with DUI 5 times over a five week period failed to show up for his court hearing.
Anderson Sotomayor, 45, was out on $20,000 bail as of Monday. He spent about a month in jail after his 5th DWI arrest May 16th because he was also caught with prescription Oxycodone pills. Once again Dave Matthews Band delighted the capacity crowd at the Susquehanna Bank Center on Night 2 of their two day run here in "the place in New Jersey closest to Philadelphia" according the Dave himself. This show took a little longer to get going, but Philly has always been one of the band's best fan bases and they seemed comfortable with a slightly different setlist. Jerry Sandusky may be able to retain his $59,000 per year state pension for the rest of his life. Sandusky is still collecting monthly pension checks totaling $4,908.17. The state law, which governs when pensions must be forfeited by a convict, does not include any specific references to sex crimes. Central Bucks High School East teacher, Natalie Munroe, was dismissed on a 7-0 vote by the school board. The Bucks County teacher drew national attention last year with her 'anonymously' penned blog, calling her students "frightfully dim" and "utterly loathsome." Philadelphia firefighters have been fighting a blaze at the popular late night pizza shop Lorenzo's on South Street since this morning. Emergency crews were called at 10:26 a.m. to 305 South Street. Flames were already making their way through the building's first floor pizza store and second and third floor apartments.
A firefighter was treated and released at Hahnemann Hospital after injuring he knee.

After last year's 'year off' Dave Matthews Band came back to an old haunting grounds and were in great spirits Tuesday night at Camden, NJ's Susquehanna Bank Center. DMB has been playing in this building for over 15 years and it showed they feel at home.
