Former President George H.W. Bush fell at home on Wednesday and broke a bone in his neck but was doing OK after. Spokesman Jim McGrath tweeted that the 41st president would be in a neck brace. Bush, is the oldest living former U.S. president and has a form of Parkinson’s disease that has forced him in recent years to use a motorized scooter or wheelchair for mobility.

Philadelphia Police have released surveillance video of four armed suspects attempting a home robbery on the 500 block of Burnham Road on Tuesday night. It happened around 10:30 p.m. in West Mount Airy. The 32-year-old resident heard a knock on the door and opened it slightly. He saw another man appear with a gun and quickly shut and locked the door. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for much of the area Wednesday morning. The warnings are set to expire at 9:30am. Reports are of 1 1/2" rain in a 20-30 minute span where it will come down heaviest. The areas affected in Pennsylvania are parts of Chester, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties. In New Jersey, the warning extends to parts of Camden, Salem, Gloucester, and Burlington Counties.

A man being chased by police was killed after his car collided with a school bus this afternoon in Wilmington, DE. It happened around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of Delaware Avenue. Wilmington police spotted the man driving erratically through the city streets and attempted to pull him over but he sped off. A woman was fatally struck by a SEPTA train in Montgomery County this morning. SEPTA said the woman died after she was hit by an inbound Lansdale/Doylestown Line train just before 6 a.m. The woman was struck between the North Wales and Gwynedd Valley stations. It's not yet known why the woman was in the track area. According to Sports Illustrated, Donovan McNabb has been suspended indefinitely from his job at Fox Sports. McNabb's suspension comes on the heels of him being arrested back on June 28 for driving under the influence of alcohol in Arizona. It was the second time in 18 months the former Pro Bowler was arrested for the offense. The first arrest was back in Dec. 15, 2013. He eventually served one day in jail in April of 2014 after pleading guilty.

Police are investigating a double shooting on the 1600 block of Widener Place in North Philadelphia just after 10 p.m. Sunday night. The male victim, 21, was shot twice in the leg. The second victim, a 46 year old female was also shot twice, once in the stomach and once in the leg. Both were transported to Einsteins Hospital and remain in stable condition.
