An 11-month-old baby has now died from the injuries it sustained in a house fire last week. The fire happened on the 300 block of East Sheldon street in the Olney section of Philadelphia. Crews arrived on the scene last week to find heavy fire coming from the upper level the two-story home. Firefighters say it only took about 10 minutes to put out the fire, but shortly after they found the 11-month-old, as well as a 6-year-old hiding in the house. SEPTA Strike is Over; Former AG Janet Reno Passes; Lockdown Lifted at North Philly Schools

SEPTA and TWU Local 234 announced early this morning that they have reached a tentative agreement to end the strike. The announcement came at 5:30 a.m. Monday. Officials said SEPTA service would be restored in phases during the day on Monday. Subways were running by 9 a.m., trolleys were up by mid morning. A 39-year-old Delaware woman is now in critical condition after she was injured at an outdoor contest on Sunday. The incident occurred in Bridgeville about 30 miles south of Dover, at an annual Punkin Chunkin contest, in which contestants build homemade cannon-like contraptions to launch pumpkins. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man wanted for stealing laptops from a car belonging to campaign staffers for Hillary Clinton. The theft happened around 8 p.m. Friday along the 100 block of Brown Street in Northern Liberties. The computers were left in backpacks in their SUV when the the workers went to dinner nearby. SEPTA's request for an injunction to halt the strike by Transport Workers Union 234 members was temporarily denied by a judge in the Court of Common Pleas on Friday evening. SEPTA filed the lawsuit saying that the strike was a "clear and present danger to the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Philadelphia and the region." Philadelphia Police have now charged a man with sexually assaulting two women in two separate occasions, where he offered them help finding a job. The suspect in custody is 31-year-old Irvin Harper. The first incident took place back in January when he offered a 19-year-old woman to help her find a job in cleaning services. With the third day of the SEPTA Strike here many citizens are hoping that the union and SEPTA officials will be able to reach an agreement so they can get back to their normal daily commutes.
