| A Pennsylvania appeals court judge ordered state officials to halt any further certification of election results on Wednesday, 11/25. Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the stoppage "to the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results." | Abington Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting outside of the Willow Grove Mall last weekend. 18-year-old Heyzer Perez-Maldonado of Philadelphia has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and carrying a firearm without a license.
