| Philadelphia Police say a 15-year-old girl is dead, and a 19-year-old man is in critical condition after both were shot just half a block from Einstein Medical Center in Olney late Monday afternoon. A group of more than 50 teens and young adults were near Broad and Olney, then minutes later police were called about shots being fired in that area. | Philadelphia Police have completed their investigation into the assault of a gay couple in Center City 1 ½ weeks ago by a large group of men and women. They have submitted their files over to the District Attorney's office today who will make the determination on any charges to be filed. | A 13-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with raping an 8-year-old girl in Delaware. The boy from Harrington, Kent County surrendered himself to Harrington Police on Thursday accompanied by his guardian. His identity has not been released because he is a juvenile.
