The Beach Boys have just unveiled a clip of "That's Why God Made the Radio," the first single off their reunion album. The album of new material is due to hit shelves on June 5th. The group split up in the late 1990s and toured separately. Last year, they put any animosity off to the side and reunited for a tour. Levon Helm of The Band died Thursday after losing a battle with throat cancer. He was 71. "Levon Helm passed peacefully this afternoon," his family said in a statement. "He was surrounded by
family, friends and bandmates and will be remembered by all he touched as a brilliant musician and a beautiful soul."

Dick Clark, the former WFIL-AM Philadelphia disc jockey and host of television's Bandstand, has died at the age of 82 of a heart attack.
