Arrests have been made in connection to the brutal road rage assault caught on video in Jenkintown, Montgomery County, last Thursday, 12/16. 37-year-old Charles Woodson and 25-year-old September Wingfield, both of Holmesburg, were arrested on Wednesday morning, 12/22, at a home on the 8200 block of Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia.
