Fox is reporting two Philadelphia City Council employees are accused of driving city owned vehicles while drunk. Sergeant-at-Arms Rodney Williams and Council President, Darrell Clarke?s receptionist, Robin Jones were arrested early Saturday morning in Spring Garden driving separate city vehicles. | St. Joseph University has purchased the Cardinal's mansion from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for $10 million. The residence has been the home for Philadelphia archbishops since it was purchased in the 1930's by Dennis Cardinal Dougherty for $115,000.
