Shrimp, Beer, and Bread Thieves in Bucks; Gun Violence on Thursday; 2yo Girl's Suspicious Death

Lower Southampton Police are looking for the public's help in identifying two people who stole food and beer from a supermarket last weekend in Bucks County. It happened on Sunday, 3/7, at the Feasterville Giant on the 100 block of W. Street Road. Police say that the duo loaded up a shopping cart with the essentials, like shrimp, cake, baguettes, Blue Moon beer, and other appetizers. They then proceeded to walk right out of the store and leave in a silver Toyota Corolla or similar type vehicle. More gun violence in Philadelphia on Thursday, 3/11, has left 2 teens and adult dead and four others injured in two separate incidents. The first happened just after 3 p.m. on the 1400 block of North 76th Street in Overbrook. A 16-year-old boy and 24-year-old man were killed. A 30-year-old man and 19-year-old man were taken to Lankenau Hospital. They are in extremely critical condition. The second incident happened after 7:30 p.m. at a rec center on the 5500 block of Christian Street. A 15-year-old boy was shot in the back of the neck. He was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he was pronounced dead. Another 15-year-old boy was grazed in the right bicep and a 15-year-old girl was grazed in the ankle. They were also taken to CHOP in stable condition. No arrests have been made and no weapons were recovered in either shooting.

Philadelphia Police are investigating the death of a 2-year-old girl found unresponsive inside a Tacony home on Thursday, 3/11. It happened at 2 p.m. on the 6300 block of Marsden Street. When they arrived they found the toddler having trouble breathing. She was taken to Saint Christopherâ€™s Hospital where she later died. The child was with her godmother at the time. The cause of death has not yet been determined, but police say that the child appeared to have sign's of trauma on her face and body. Homicide Detectives are investigating.
