Former Female School Teacher Arrested for Sexual Relationship with 15-year-old Student

Nicole Jacques, 25, of Hatfield, Montgomery Country, is charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and corruption of a minor. She was a private school teacher at Calvary Baptist School in Lansdale, PA, until she quit in 2011. She is charged with engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old student from that school where she taught.

This year the boy's father discovered that his son and Jacques had a relationship and reported the behavior to the police, on Feb. 10. Hatfield police did an investigation and discovered the illegal sexual nature of her conduct.

Jacques met the boy while a teacher at Calvary. It wasn't until after she stopped teaching at the school, and their relationship continued, that it became physical/sexual. The sexual encounters happened at Jacques' apartment. No illegal activity happened while she was employed by the school.

Jacques is charged with 20 counts each of involuntary sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault and corruption of a minor. She also is charged with 10 counts of unlawful contact with a minor.

She was arraigned Monday and remanded to Montgomery County Prison because she could not make $50,000 bail. Her preliminary hearing is April 4th.
