The New Jersey man accused of scamming GoFundMe donors of more than $400,000 with a feel good story about a homeless man now faces federal charges. Mark D'Amico is now accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering. Those are federal crimes. He has already plead not guilty to state charges of fraud and money laundering. His then-girlfriend Katelyn McClure and homeless veteran Johnny Bobbitt have already plead guilty to both federal and state charges in the case. The trio made up a story that Bobbitt used his last $20 to buy gas for a stranded McClure. The couple spent most of the money on vacations, gambling, and other luxuries instead of setting up a better life for Bobbitt. Authorities began investigating and discovered the fraud after Bobbitt sued the couple saying he wasn't getting his share of the money. It turns out that they were all in on it.

Authorities in Upper Darby and Radnor say they have arrested two out of three men wanted for a series of robberies at Wawa stores in the two Delaware County townships. Quintel Martins and Christopher Winfield are in custody and have been charged. The third suspect has been identified, but not yet located. Both robberies were caught on store surveillance and had the same MO. Two armed and masked suspects would storm into the store while the third suspect, wearing a distinctive mask from the movie "The Purge," would follow and lock the doors. They would put the employees in a back room and steal cash and lottery tickets before fleeing. They are accused of robbing the Wawa on the 100 block of Sugartown Road in Radnor on June 17 and the Wawa on the 500 block of Burmont Avenue in Drexel Hill on Sept. 14. Both robberies happened in the early morning hours. If you have any information on the third suspect, call the Upper Darby Police Department at 610-734-7693.

Authorities in Cumberland County, NJ, have released audio from the 911 call placed by the mother of Dulce Maria Alavex when she went missing last month. The call was placed on September 16 at 4:48 pm by Noema Alavez Perez. She says, “I can’t find my daughter. We are here at the park and people say that somebody probably took her.” An Amber Alert is still active and she has been placed on the FBI's most-wanted missing persons list. There is a reward of $35,000.
