Cherry Hill Sex Assault Suspect Wanted; Main Line Woman Steal Jewelry; Blvd Speed Cameras Approved

Cherry Hill police are looking for a suspect wanted for sexual assault. They say that the suspect and victim met around 3:15 a.m. Saturday, 5/11, at the Wawa at 500 Route 38. The two left the store together, got into the suspect's car, and drove to an undetermined location. That is where the sex assault took place. The suspect then left and the victim returned home and called police. He is described as late 30s to early 40s, average height and build, with black hair and a beard. UPDATE: 26-year-old Ethien Rosario of Sicklerville turned himself into police on Friday, 5/17. He was arrested and charged with sexual assault, kidnapping and carjacking.

Radnor Township police are looking for a woman wanted in a jewelry theft on the Main Line last Saturday, 5/11. It happened at 2:35 p.m. at the Little House Shop inside the Eagle Village Shops on the 500 block of Lancaster Ave in Wayne. The woman was caught on surveillance video taking two pieces of jewelry and concealing them. She then leaves the store and drives away in a white Mercedes-Benz SUV. Philadelphia City Council voted on Thursday, 5/16, to approve the installation of speed cameras on the Roosevelt Boulevard (Rt. 1) through 12 miles of the Northeast. There will be around 10 locations between 9th Street and the Blvd in Feltonville up to the Bucks County border. The cameras detect your speed and take a photo of your license plate marking location, date and time. You will be mailed a ticket. Fines start at $100 if you are caught going 11 miles over the posted limit and go up to $150. There will be signs posted indicating where the cameras are located. When the cameras are first installed there will be a 60-day grace period when only warnings are mailed out. The Boulevard is always listed as one of the most dangerous and deadly roads in the country. Two of the most dangerous intersections also fall along this stretch. 9th District Councilwoman Cherelle Parker introduced the legislation.
