A mother was killed and her two daughters injured when their house collapsed in Mercer County on Monday morning, 7/23. It happened around 7 a.m. on the 1800 block of South Broad Street in Hamilton Township. 38-year-old Tika Justice was killed in the collapse. Rescuers found her 16-year-old daughter buried beneath her mother. Her 20-year-old daughter was found buried waist deep in debris. She was on the phone calling 911 and talking to dispatch. Both of them survived and were taken to Capital Health in stable condition. No word on what caused the house to collapse. Neighbors did not hear an explosion, just saw the rubble. PSE&G turned off gas in the area as a precaution.

Philadelphia Police have released surveillance video of a man suspected of sexually assaulting three woman in West Philadelphia last week. The separate incidents happened in the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 19. In both incidents he threatened his victims with a gun, assaulted them, and stole valuables. On July 17th around 5:45 a.m., he approached a woman on the street and forced her at gunpoint into Fairmount park. He assaulted her and stole her iPhone and headphones. On July 19th around 4:20 a.m., he approached two women pumping gas and forced them at gunpoint to drive to a different location. He sexually assaulted them and stole $420. Anyone with any information regarding these incidents is asked to call police at 215-685-3251.

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and representatives for hip hop mogul Jay-Z's ROC Nation are meeting today following fallout from last week's fiasco surrounding the future of the Made in America festival in Philadelphia. Last week, a report on a comment from the mayor's spokesperson that the festival will not be held on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in 2019 spread like wildfire and was only fueled by speculation. Jay-Z himself responded quickly with a scathing open letter in the Inquirer calling out the mayor's office. Kenney in turn responded say that it was all just a miscommunication and that the city loves the festival and wants to keep it here where it started. The details of Monday's meeting won't be released until it is over.

UPDATE:They have both agreed to continue to host the Made in America Festival here in Philadelphia on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in 2019+.
