Bucks Couple Stabbed then Shot says Autopsy; PHL Airport Water Main Break; NJ Teen Dies During Gym

Bucks County prosecutors announced that autopsies show that a young couple found dead in their Churchville home last week died of multiple stab wounds and were shot after they were dead. 27-year-old Tyler Roy and 28-year-old Christina Roy were killed on April 30th in their home on Kitty Knight Drive. They were discovered by a painter the next morning. Authorities believe that the suspected killer, 26-year-old Daniel Mooney, entered through an unlocked door. There were signs of a struggle. The rifle used to shoot the couple belonged to the victim Tyler Roy. Mooney was discovered dead the next day in Philadelphia of an apparent drug overdose. They have not found any prior connection between the Roys and Mooney.

Crews are still dealing with the aftermath of a 16" water main break in the economy parking lot of the Philadelphia International Airport. It happened around 5 p.m. Monday, 5/7, at sections H-13 and H-14. Water had to be shut off in the entire airport for around 3 hours leaving restaurants temporarily closed and restrooms out of service for travelers. Sixteen cars in the area of the break were towed by the PPA and customers will have to be shown to their new location. Today, a large sinkhole is left in the middle of the lot. Crews are working to pump water from the hole. They'll have to replace the main and fill the hole in the coming days.

A 14-year-old freshman student at a New Jersey high school collapsed and died during gym class this morning, 5/8. It happened just after 9 a.m. at Franklin High School in Somerset, NJ. The student became unresponsive on the field during a physical education class. Staff called 911 and performed CPR. He was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center where he died a short time later. No word on the cause of death. The school is providing counseling to students. The Franklin Township School district released the following statement:

"At approximately 9:10 am during a physical education class on the field of Franklin High School, 500 Elizabeth Avenue, Somerset, NJ, a 14-year-old male ninth grade student became unresponsive.911 was called and the physical education staff of the high school immediately began CPR.The Franklin Township Police Department arrived and the student was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick via ambulance.At approximately 11:15 am, we learned that the student had passed away. We are providing counseling to our staff and students.Our thoughts and prayers go out to the student's family at this time."
