No Foul Play in Bermuda Death, Student Fell; Cosby Asks Judge to Leave; Toys R Us Founder Dies

Officials in Bermuda say that there was no foul play in the death of a St. Joseph's University rugby player last weekend. Forensic pathologist Dr Christopher Milroy of Canada, said, "My conclusions from my examination are that Mark died from a fall from a height, and that I found no evidence of foul play." 19-year-old Mark Dombroski of Media, PA, was found in a moat at the base of a colonial-era fort. He was last seen around 1 a.m. Sunday morning after leaving a bar/restaurant alone. He was reported missing by his parents the next morning. CC-TV cameras were able to track him to the area where he was found. Dombroski was in Bermuda to participate in a rugby tournament with the St. Joe's team. A toxicology report will be performed. The FBI will help expedite that report. The owner of the bar said he didn't believe Mark was sober, but he wasn't drunk either.

Bill Cosby's lawyers are asking that the judge in his upcoming sexual assault retrial recuse himself because his wife is an "activist and advocate for assault victims." Judge Steven O'Neill's wife Deborah O'Neill is a social worker and a psychotherapist at the University of Pennsylvania. She is the coordinator of the university's sexual trauma outreach team. She also wrote her dissertation on acquaintance rape. Defense lawyers cited several examples of where Judge O'Neill's rulings could appear to have been influenced by his wife's work, including allowing five additional accusers to testify.

The founder of Toys 'R' Us has passed away just as the company is going out of business and planning massive liquidation sales. Charles Lazarus died on Thursday at age 94. He first opened a baby furniture store in 1948 called Childrenâ€™s Bargain Town. The first Toys 'R' Us opened in 1957. He retired from the company in 1994. The iconic toy chain is now facing bankruptcy. It plans to shut or sell all 740 stores. 30,000 people will lose jobs. Liquidation sales were supposed to start today, but have been pushed off until Friday. Isaac Larian, CEO of MGA Entertainment, says the industry could lose 130,000 jobs. MGA makes Little Tikes and Bratz Dolls. He has started a #SaveToysRUs gofundme with $200 million of his own money to save the toy retailer. Larian hopes that other CEOs and big donors join the effort at savetoysrus.com
