A Chester County man has been charged with the murder of his 5-month-old infant daughter after he repeatedly shook the child in frustration on multiple occasions after losing while playing video games. Zion Isaiah Shockley of Coatesville is charged with first degree murder and other offenses. On February 10th, Coatesville police officers responded to the 500 block of E. Harmony Street to the report of an unresponsive baby suffering from cardiac arrest. Five-month-old Rosalie was taken to Brandywine Hospital and then A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children where she died. Doctors found that she was bleeding from the brain and eyes and had older head trauma. Shockley told authorities he was playing Call of Duty on his Playstation and became upset when another player online called him a 'failure'. He picked up his child and threw her into the air and she landed on the bed. He also shook her for about a minute. Shockley also told them about a time after Christmas that he shook her for five minutes after losing a game. He is being held without bail at Chester County Prison.

A man was arrested on Wednesday night in Bucks County for impersonating a law enforcement officer. 26-year-old Eric Miller of Bensalem claimed to be an off-duty police officer assigned as a special United States marshal. Last night before 8 p.m., he pulled over two females on the 900 block of W Street Road in Warminster as part of his 'investigation.' He stopped them for an apparent motor vehicle violation and suspicion of drugs. Miller patted the two women down and detained them for a period of time. He took their cellphones and other property. He was driving a black Honda Civic at the time, but may have a black Audi as well. He is charged with kidnapping, robbery, stalking, false imprisonment and other related charges. He is currently being held in Bucks County Prison on $400,000 bail. If you have any information or may have been victimized yourself call the Warminster Police Department at 215-672-1000.

A construction worker in New Castle County, Delaware, died this morning when the forklift he was operating fell into water. It happened around 10 a.m. at Oceanport Industries in the 6200 block of Philadelphia Pike. The 62-year-old man was operating the forklift along an elevated pier on the Delaware River when for an unknown reason it went off into the water. Search and rescue crews were able to recover the man's body. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has been withheld pending notifications. Delaware State Police are investigating.
