Man Found Safe in New York Hospital; Body in Schuylkill River; Family Released by Taliban

A Northeast Philadelphia man who went missing from Bucks County earlier this summer was found safe on Thursday when he walked into a New York City hospital in a state of confusion. On June 1st, 22-year-old Timothy Ceaser walked away from his mother's vehicle at a 7-Eleven on Rt. 13 in Croydon, Bristol Township. He had not been heard from since. At one point investigators believed his disappearance could have been connected with 4 other men who went missing in Bucks County at the time, only to have been found murdered by accused killer Cosmo DiNardo. They found no connections. A private investigator hired by the family says that Ceaser walked into a hospital today and was able to give staff his mother's name and phone number. The family has travelled to New York to see him. No word on where he has been.

Philadelphia Police discovered the body of a man in the Schuylkill River on Thursday morning in University City. The man, believed to be in his 50's, was found before 11 a.m. near Walnut St. and Schuylkill Ave. He suffered a gunshot wound to the head. Police are working to identify the victim. Homicide detectives are investigating.

An American woman from York County, Pennsylvania, her Canadian husband, and their three children have been released from captivity by a Taliban affiliated network. Five years ago Caitlan Coleman, of Stewartstown, and her husband Joshua Boyle were on a backpacking trip in Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan) and ending up in Afghanistan. They were captured by the Haqqani network. Caitlan was pregnant at the time. She gave birth to all three children while in captivity. Pakistan helped orchestrate the couple's release along with United States intelligence.
