SEPTA's Trenton line resumed service on Monday after a pedestrian was hit and killed by an Amtrak train. The incident took place at around 8:30 am on Sunday near Philadelphia's Torresdale section on Grant Avenue and James Street. The train was heading to New York when it struck and killed a pedestrian. Amtrak brought in another train to pick up the stranded passengers on the train. Officials say that this is the third person to be hit by a train this weekend across the Delaware Valley.

Police are now investigating after a woman was abducted and sexually assaulted in Montgomery County. Police say that the victim was out for a walk in Audubon on the 2700 block of Lantern Lane at around 11:30 pm on Sunday when the incident happened. The suspect then drove the victim 2 miles away and sexually assaulted her. The woman was able to call for help at the Walmart on Trooper Road. Police are now reviewing grainy images of what they believe is the suspect's car. Anyone that may have any information is asked to contact police.

Trenton Police are now investigating after a body was found inside of a bag on Monday afternoon. Police found the body on the 400 block of Lamberton Street at around 4:45 pm. Crews arrived on the scene and confirmed a deceased body inside of the bag. The homicide task force was called to the scene and has started a full investigation. There is no word on the identity or gender of the body and there is no word on how long the body was in the bag.
