Philadelphia Firefighters spent part of Saturday night rescuing a man who fell into a sinkhole. The incident happened at around 11 pm on the 1300 block of West Norris Street in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia. The victim, 58-year-old Eugene Clarke, fell into the sinkhole after he was moving cones nearby the hole after a car knocked them down. Rescue crews were called out to the scene and were able to safely get Clarke out of the hole. He suffered injuries to his back, ankle, and wrist. The victim is now trying to notify officials that they should cover up existing sinkholes with more than a cone.

The Delaware County District Attorney's Office is now investigating after a police-involved shooting in Chester left three people injured in the early morning hours of Sunday. The shooting took place on the 500 block of Edgemont Street at around 2:40 am. The incident all started at the Gold Room Bar on Edgemont Avenue. Police were outside of the establishment monitoring the club while people were leaving, and that's when gunshots erupted in the crowd. Two men then jumped in a car and began to drive off, firing shots at responding officers. The men then crashed their car 6 blocks away from the scene, and when police arrived, they found the men with multiple gunshot wounds. So far no officers were reported injured during the shooting. An investigation continues.

A suspect is now under arrest and 3 victims were killed after a car rammed into a crowd of protestors and a helicopter crashed in the woods on Saturday afternoon. White Supremacist groups took to the streets of Charlottesville, Virginia after the city government arranged plans to take down a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee. Anti-racism protestors came to counter-protest the White Supremacists and many violent fights broke out between the two groups. Riot police were brought out to the scene to try and help control the crowds. While the anti-racism protestors were walking down the street, a man, 20-year-old James Alex Fields Jr., came barreling down the street in a car and drove through the crowd injuring many and killing one victim, 32-year-old Heather Heyer. Police officers in a helicopter were also killed after their helicopter went down and crashed in the woods. 48-year-old Lietenant H. Jay Cullen and 40-year-old Berek M.M. Bates where killed in the crash. Officials are still investigating into what cause the crash.
