West Goshen Police have released new images of the pickup truck they believe was involved in a fatal road rage shooting earlier this week in Chester County. It happened on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the southbound lane of Rt 100. near Rt. 202. The driver of the red pickup and 18-year-old Bianca Nikol Roberson were both merging at the same time, when the driver of the truck pulled out a gun and shot the recent high school graduate in the head. Roberson's green Chevy Malibu left the road and crashed into a tree. Emergency responders found her and pronounced her dead at the scene. The red pickup truck fled the scene, first onto 202 then Paoli Pike and eventually onto 352 south towards Delaware County. Investigators have released a sketch (see below) of the suspect. He is described as a white male, medium build, age 30-40, with blond hair or light brown hair. There is a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with any information is asked to call police at 610-696-7400. See photos below.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf vetoed a bill that would have prevented local municipalities and towns from crafting their own legislation to ban, tax, surcharge, or assess fees for recyclable plastic bags. Wolf stated that state government should pre-empt local governments only on "rare occasions." He also said that the bill could have pre-empted local governments’ obligation to protect the environment under the state constitution. Proponents of the bill say they wanted to protect workers in the packaging industry whose jobs could be threatened if bags were outlawed.

Non-essential services have been closed in the state of New Jersey after the government shutdown at midnight on July 1st amid a budget impasse. Governor Chris Christie and the legislature were at work in Trenton on Saturday working to come to an agreement. The disagreement is over a whether a piece of legislation concerning the state's Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield should be included in the budget. Christie and Democratic Senate President Steve Sweeney agree, while Democratic Assembly Speaker Vincent Prieto does not. Services that will remain open include state police, state correctional facilities, key child welfare services, state hospitals and treatment facilities, NJ TRANSIT, lottery, casinos, and racetracks. Places that are closed include state parks and recreation areas and travel and tourism centers. That includes Liberty State Park and Island Beach State Park.

The state of New Jersey owns a residence in Island Beach State Park that is available to the governor. Christie had planned to use the home to vacation this long holiday weekend with his family. When asked about his plans given the park was closed to the public he said, "The governor has a residence at Island Beach," he said. "Others don't. That's the way it goes. Run for governor and you can have the residence. My family doesn't ask for any services while we are there." Christie was still in Trenton working on Saturday.

Sports
The Philadelphia 76ers have reached a deal with free agent veteran guard JJ Reddick for one-year, $23 million. 33-year-old Reddick was drafted 11th by the Orlando Magic in 2006 from Duke. He spent 7 seasons in Orlando and recently spent 4 seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers. He's a 41.5% 3-point shooter which is 14th all time.
