Police are now searching for a suspect who is wanted for a shooting that took place in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. The shooting happened on the 5800 block of North Lee Street at around 9:10 pm on Monday. When police arrived on scene they found a 26-year-old woman with gun shot wounds. Arriving police officers were also greeted by an unruly crowd. As crews were transporting the woman, officers had to hold back many pedestrians as they were getting out of hand. The woman was taken to Temple University Hospital where she is listed in stable condition.

Police have now ID'd the woman who was brutally stabbed and killed outside of Dobbins Technical High School in North Philadelphia on Saturday. 33-year-old Debra Gulliver's body was found on a path leading to the school at around 3:20 am this past Saturday. She was found by a passerby and police say that she was found covered in blood and partially clothed. She suffered 15 stab wounds to the legs, torso and chest as well as blunt force trauma to the head. Medics tried to resuscitate her on the scene but were unable. Police are still searching for the suspecs or suspects responsible, and are offering a $20,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest.

The second week of the trial for District Attorney Seth Williams continued on Monday with two testimonies from a bar owner and a top official from the Philadelphia Police Department. Michael Weiss, who is a bar owner in Center City, took the stand on Monday. Weiss had stated that he bribed Williams to use his influence to write letters to help solve a liquor license issue with another bar he owned in San Diego. Weiss said that he paid for multiple airline tickets to Las Vegas for Williams and his family in exchange for the letter. Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Joe Sullivan also took the stand. Sullivan testified that Williams used him to help expedite airport screening for a Bucks County businessman Mohammad Ali. Sullivan said he felt uncomfortable after meeting with Ali and Williams so he went to the FBI, and they said to steer clear of Ali. Ali had previously testified against Williams last week, saying he gave him multiple gifts to get close to someone in power.
