Man Wanted for Sex Assault in Wawa - Video; NJ Trooper Crashes Car; Day 3 Constand Cross Examined

Philadelphia Police are looking for a man wanted for sexually assaulting another man inside a Wawa bathroom. Police have released surveillance video of the suspect. It happened on April 14th around 2:35 a.m. at 3901 Aramingo Avenue in Port Richmond. Police say the suspect followed the 23-year-old male victim into the restroom and sexually assaulted him. The suspect then left store and got into the passenger side of a blue four-door Honda or Mazda. He's described as a white man, brown hair, wearing a dark tank top with red pocket, light blue shorts, and light color sneakers. See video below. A New Jersey State Trooper is in the hospital after crashing his cruiser Wednesday in Salem County. It happened early in the afternoon on Pennsville-Auburn Road and Route 48 in Penns Grove. The trooper apparently lost control of his patrol car and hit a tree. It ended up against a house. The trooper was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Today was Day 3 of the sexual assault trial of Bill Cosby in a courtroom in Norristown, Montgomery County. His accuser, Andrea Constand, was on the witness stand for a second day. The defense continued their cross examination of the former Temple University employee. Between Tuesday and Wednesday, Constand was on the stand for 7 hours. She was described as calm and collected throughout. Defense lawyers questioned her today on the details of her accusation and pointed out any inconsistency. She denied that Cosby and her had any type of romantic relationship before the night of the attack. When asked about the phone calls to Cosby after the attack, she said that she was simply returning his messages. The calls were about the Temple women's basketball team. He was a trustee of the university and she was the director of team operations. At one point, Attorney Gloria Allred, who represents other Cosby accusers, was ushered out of court when her cell phone went off. A local news producer has been barred from covering the case after he texted from inside the court room.
