Owner of Burned Home Commits Suicide; Video of Suspects in Toddler Shooting; Subway Hits Teen Girl

Philadelphia Police say that the man who owned the building in North Philadelphia where a pregnant woman was found dead after a fire over the weekend has been found dead himself after taking his own life. 34-year-old Anthony Eubanks committed suicide overnight last night after being contacted by police. 35-year old Tavonia Love was found dead inside a burning building in the 2100 block of West Susquehanna Avenue. Fire officials have ruled the fire "incendiary." Eubanks, a doctor, owned the building and had hoped to open a medical clinic at the location. Last November, Eubanks was charged with assaulting Love in Rosemont, Delaware County. He told investigators they had an on-and-off relationship. Love was about 5-months pregnant. Investigators are trying to determine if she died before or after the fire.

Philadelphia Police have released surveillance video of two suspects wanted for a shooting that happened in Kensington on Friday. Watch the video below. The two men on bikes rode onto the 3300 block of Malta Street around 9:15 p.m. They opened fire on a man sitting on his porch holding his 2-year-old son. The boy was shot 4 times in the back and the man was hit in the knee. They were taken to the hospital in stable condition. The first suspect is described as a black male in his 20's, 6'3" tall, 220 lbs with braids. He was wearing a black shirt and was riding a bicycle with a duffle/book bag. The second suspect is described as black male in his 20's, 5'11" tall. He was wearing a light shirt and riding a bicycle. A 17-year-old girl was struck by a SEPTA Broad Street Line subway train this morning in South Philadelphia. It happened at 7:11 a.m. on the northbound side of Ellsworth-Federal station. The teen fell onto the tracks and the train rolled over her foot. She was taken to the hospital and is expected to be ok. Police believe that the fall was accidental. Foul play is not suspected. The scene was cleared by 8:45 a.m.
