Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a teenager was accidentally shot in the face by a friend who was trying to wake him up for school. The incident took place on the 5300 block Lindbergh Boulevard in Southwest Philadelphia at around 7 am on Monday. Police say that a 16-year-old boy was trying to wake up his 17-year-old friend, and as a joke, the 16-year-old boy pointed a gun at him after he repeatedly did not wake up. When the 17-year-old finally woke up he saw the gun and it startled him. He then pushed the 16-year-old away which caused the gun to go off. The 17-year-old was then rushed to The Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia where he is listed in critical condition. Police have not stated if any charges with be filed against the 16-year-old.

Two Bucks County Police officers went above and beyond their call of duty last Thursday night and helped deliver a baby in a parking lot in Bedminster. The mother of the child was on the way to the hospital Thursday night, but did not make it there in time so they decided to dial 911. Officer Robert Compton and Dublin Boro Police Chief Brian Lehman arrived within seconds of the call and knew immediately that the baby needed to be delivered right then and there. Luckily the baby was born without any complications and the family was later taken to hospital for further evaluation. According to the family, everyone is doing well.

Philadelphia Police are now searching for a suspect who is wanted for attacking and robbing an 86-year-old man in West Philadelphia. The incident took place at a store on 60th and Market Streets on April 19th at around 2:30 pm. Surviallence video shows 86-year-old Korean War Veteran William Ravenell leaving the store after buying lottery tickets. The suspect followed Ravenell to his home, and attacked him in his living room, punching him repeatedly in the jaw. Ravenell's 83-year-old wife tried to run out to get help, but the suspect grabbed her by the throat and threw her down. The suspect was able to get away with $50-$60 worth of lottery tickets. Officials say that Ravenell is in stable condition, anyone with information is asked to contact Philadelphia Police.
