Elderly Woman Lost on SEPTA Bus; Body Found in Delaware Pond; Three Shooting Victims ID'd

The Bensalem Township Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying an elderly woman suffering from dementia. The unidentified woman boarded the Rt. 14 SEPTA bus at the Frankford Terminal in Philadelphia around 5:20 a.m. Tuesday. When the bus reached the final stop at the Neshaminy Mall in Bucks County, she did not get off and asked the driver to take her home. She could not provide any additional information as to where she lives, but did say her name was Judy Rets. She was taken to Aria Torresdale Hospital for evaluation. Anyone with information should call Bensalem police at 215-633-3719.

UPDATE:The woman has been identified and returned home safely.

Police in Delaware are investigating after a body was discovered in a retention pond on Tuesday morning. Middletown officers responded to the 800 block of Middletown-Warwick Road around 8 a.m. New Castle County Dive Team members recovered the body and searched the pond for any other evidence. The body is that of an adult male but is otherwise unidentified. The medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine cause of death. Police are investigating and trying to determine how the man ended up in the water. There does not seem to be a vehicle involved.

Philadelphia Police have identified the three men killed in a shooting in North Philadelphia on Monday afternoon. A fourth person was also shot but has survived. It happened at the Harrison Plaza public housing facility on the 1100 block of West Stiles Street around 3:30 p.m. The four men were approached by unknown individuals who opened fire. The victims were all taken to the hospital suffering from various gunshot wounds. 20-year-old Tyair Jabbar of the 6000 block of Trinity Street was pronounced dead at 3:48 p.m. 32-year-old Ronald Fenwick of the 1100 block of Girard Avenue was pronounced dead at 3:58 p.m. 27-year-old Marcello Robertson of the 3900 block of North 8th Street was pronounced dead at 11:47 p.m. A 26-year-old man is in stable condition. Over 20 shots were fired. The incident happened across the street from St. Malachy School, which was put on lockdown. The investigation is ongoing.

UPDATE: A $70,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
