The New Jersey State Medical Examiner has changed the manner of death of the former head of Cooper University Hospital from 'suicide' to 'undetermined.' 72-year-old John Sheridan and his wife, 69-year-old Joyce, were found dead inside their home after a fire in September 2014. They were both in the bedroom. It was initially ruled a murder-suicide. Joyce had suffered stab wounds. John had also suffered what were called 'self-inflicted wounds' but no weapon could be found. An independent autopsy determined that John was killed. The Sheridan's four sons have been petitioning the courts to reopen the investigation insisting that both their parents were killed and their murder is still out there. They have offered a $250,000 reward for information that leads to the conviction.

Police are searching for a suspect responsible for holding up a man and a woman on the Schuylkill River Trail early Friday morning. It happened around 12:30 a.m. near Walnut Street. The 21-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man were running on the trail when they were stopped at gunpoint by the bandit. He took their wallets and phones and fled on foot. The two were unharmed. Police are looking for surveillance cameras in the area to try and identify the suspect.

Organizers for President-elect Trump's inaugural welcome concert next Thursday have announced some of the entertainment scheduled to perform. Country star Toby Keith, singer Jennifer Holliday and actor Jon Voight will appear. Also, 3 Doors Down, The Piano Guys, Lee Greenwood, DJ RaviDrums and The Frontmen of Country, featuring Tim Rushlow, Larry Stewart and Richie McDonald. The event is bill as "Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration:" Singer Jackie Evancho, the Radio City Rockettes and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir will perform at the January 20 swearing-in ceremony
