Suspects Arrested In Prostitution Sting, Princeton Suspends Swim/Dive Team, Craig Sager Dead at 65

Three people have been arrested in a prostitution sting operation in Bensalem on Thursday. The suspects were caught in the sting operation in a hotel in the Bensalem area. One of the suspects in custody, Chanelle Pugh, was confronted by police in the hotel room during the sting. Police stated that when officers tried to arrest her, she shoved them back and bit one of the officer's hands. Two other men who were caught in the sting. Rasheem Stevens and QuaSean Buckner-Patterson were also arrested. Upon further investigation of the room, police found two guns and drugs in the room. All three are being held on $75,000 bail.

Princeton University in New Jersey has stated that for the remainder of the season, the university's men's swimming and diving teams will be suspended. The suspension comes about after many misogynistic and racist content was found on the team's listserv. Princeton's Director of Athletics, Mollie Marcoux Samaan, said that "We make clear to all of our student-athletes that they represent Princeton University at all times, on and off the playing surface and in and out of season, and we expect appropriate, respectful conduct from them at all times, the behavior that we have learned about is simply unacceptable. It is antithetical to the values of our athletic program and of the University, and will not be tolerated." The school has stated that the suspension will remain in place until a final decision is made regarding the rest of the team's schedule.

Veteran NBA sideline reporter Craig Sager died Thursday at the age of 65 after a battle with cancer. Sager, who was famous for his cutting edge questions as well as his flashy suits he would wear on the sideline, worked basketball games on TNT for nearly a quarter-century. Sager was first diagnosed with leukemia back in April of 2014, where he had to miss the playoffs and most of the next season to get medical treatment. Sager stated this past March that his leukemia was no longer in remission and that doctors predicted he would only live three to six months. Turner President David Levy stated, "Craig Sager was a beloved member of the Turner family for more than three decades and he has been a true inspiration to all of us. There will never another Craig Sager. His incredible talent, tireless work ethic and commitment to this craft took him all over the world covering sports."
