Philadelphia Police have now charged and identified one of the men responsible for shooting and killing a 14-year-old in Mayfair. 19-year-old Samir Price turned himself into police on Tuesday for the murder of 14-year-old Ian Wisley, who was a freshman student at Northeast High. Wisley was shot multiple times back on November 28th on the 6200 block of Brous Street in Mayfair. He and his friend were walking to a store when Price and another man approached them. When the boys started to run, Price and the other suspect began shooting, killing Wisley. Price has now been charged with Murder, Robbery and other related offenses. Police are still searching for the second suspect.

Police are now searching for a suspect who robbed a victim at an ATM in Upper Merion Township. The incident happened at the Wells Fargo Bank on Route 202 and Henderson Road in King of Prussia. Police say that the suspect pretended to use the ATM, then once the next customer approached after he was done, the suspect pulled out a gun and robbed the victim. The suspect got away in either a newer model white Ford Fusion or a similar looking Mazda vehicle. Luckily no one was injured in the robbery. If anyone has information, they are asked to call Upper Merion Township Police Department's Investigative Division (610-265-3232).

Camden County has now unveiled its new 911 system called 'Smart 911'. The program is designed to save time during emergencies and to have important information ready at hand so you don't have to relay it over the phone. The program keeps profiles for callers that provide 911 operators with information like how many people live in your house, what kind of cars you drive, how many pets you have, and if you have any existing medical conditions. The data is connected to the phone number, so if a user was to call 911 in another location where the smart system is also used, they can access your data. To use the service you have to register your number along with your information online ahead of time.

Weather

Tonight, Cloudy and cool with a low of 32 degrees in Center City.
