Anti-Trump Vandal ID as Philly City Lawyer; NJ Teen Admits to Fatal Hit-and-Run; Mayfair Teen Shot

One of the two vandals caught on video spray painting anti-Trump graffiti on a grocery store in Chestnut Hill late Thanksgiving night has been identified as a city lawyer for Philadelphia . The man seen wearing a blue blazer and khaki pants holding a wine glass is Duncan Lloyd. He is currently an Assistant City Solicitor in the Law Department for the City of Philadelphia. The incident happened shortly after midnight on Friday, November 25th at the Fresh Grocer on the 8200 block of Germantown Avenue. The other man, who has not been identified, actually wrote the message "F%#$ Trump", while Lloyd watched and took pictures. The estimated damages are $3,000 - $10,000. see video

First Deputy City Solicitor Craig Straw said, "We do not condone this type of behavior from our employees... To my knowledge, Mr. Lloyd has already contacted the Philadelphia Police and is cooperating with them. We will decide on a course of action once we obtain more information about the investigation." The Philadelphia GOP, however, is calling for Lloyd to be terminated. "If the image of an upper-middle class city attorney clad in a blazer and sipping wine while vandalizing an upscale grocery store with an anti-Trump message strikes you as perhaps the most bourgeois sight imaginable, that's because it is," Philadelphia GOP chairman Joe DeFelice said in a statement. "Did the extra glass of Shiraz give him some sort of delusional confidence that there are no cameras on Germantown Ave? The taxpayers should be entrusting exactly none of our faith into this man. He should be fired from our city's law department immediately."

A New Jersey teenager has plead guilty in the hit-and-run crash that killed Robbinsville Superintendent Steven Mayer last spring. It happened on the morning of April 19. 52-year-old Mayer was out for a jog with his dog on Robbinsville-Edinburg Road before school. The girl, now 18, was on her way to school early but running late for a class trip when she struck and killed both Mayer and his dog. She did not stop but did call police later. Prosecutors say she was on her cell phone at the time. She has not been identified because she was 17 at the time. The teen plead guilty to charges of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death and a citation for careless driving. She will be sentenced to three years probation, a two-year suspension of her driver's license and 200 hours of community service. Mayer was married with three sons.

Philadelphia Police have identified the teenager shot and killed in Mayfair on Monday night. It happened around 9 p.m. near Brous and Devereaux Avenues. 14-year-old Ian Wilsey and his 16-year-old friend were walking on Brous Street towards a store when they saw two men approach. The teens started running and one of the suspects starting shooting. Wilsey was hit three times. His friend kept running and came back with help. Wilsey was taken to Aria Health Torresdale where he died. Anyone with information should contact Philadelphia police at 215-686-TIPS. Wilsey was a freshman at Northeast High School. He would have been 15-years-old in December.

The 3-year-old daughter of former Eagles running back Reno Mahe died on Tuesday evening according to a statement put out by Mahe and his wife Sunny. The girl was found a week ago tangled in a mini blind with cords around her neck. Neurological tests showed that young Elsie was brain dead. Her organs are being donated. Mahe played 5 seasons for the Eagles from 2003-07. He is currently the running back coach for Brigham Young University.
