Demonstrators gathered on Sunday for the fifth time this week to protest Donald Trump being elected as President. Protestors met on Sunday at Thomas Paine Plaza near City Hall, and continued their march down Market Street towards Independence Mall. Police had rolling closures of streets in the city going while protestors marched. Not only were protestors gathering in Philadelphia, but all over the countries major cities, including one in New York on Saturday that had around 5,000 protesting. Demonstrators have stated that they are not going to stop protesting anytime soon, even under a Trump Presidency.

Donald Trump has now picked his Chief of Staff as well as his Chief Strategist/Senior Counselor. Trump has chosen the Republican National Committee Commissioner Reince Priebus to be his Chief of Staff, and former Breitbart CEO Steve Bannon as his Chief Strategist/Senior Counselor. Both men were top contendors for the Chief of Staff position for a while. A press release stated that both men will work "as equal partners to transform the federal government" as well as assisting VP Elect Mike Pence in his role as head of transition to the White House.

Villanova Officials and Radnor Police are now searching for suspects after a student at Villanova's Campus was the victim of a racially motivated attack. Authorities say that a black female student was attacked by three white men on Thursday evening while she was walking through the SEPTA tunnel between main and west campus at Villanova. The student said that the three men chanted "Trump" as they approached her, then one of the men knocked her to the ground causing her to hit her head. Villanova officials released a statement calling the incident "deplorable" and that "those found responsible for such behavior will face serious consequences."
