The search for a missing Bucks County woman resumed this morning after she has been missing for over 6 weeks. 21-year-old Lindsey Piccone was last seen in Bensalem on September 6th. Her abandoned car was found at Tyler State Park. She did not have her cell phone or her two dogs with her. Searches of the park were made in the days following her disappearance. Authorities returned to the park today hoping to find more clues. Piccone is described as 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds, and wearing a black tank top when she went missing. If you have any information, please call Bensalem Police at 215-633-3719.

The Delaware County District Attorney's office has dropped assault charges against the headmaster of the Haverford School. Dr. Jack Nagl was arrested in his home two weeks ago after an altercation with his son. DA Jack Whelan said that although there was probably cause for the arrest, there is insufficient evidence to pursue prosecution. The incident started earlier this month when Nagl found marijuana in his teenage son's backpack. He confiscated the drugs and as part of his punishment he took his phone. Two days later, Nagl discovered his son talking on the cell phone again. When he went to take it back, the two ended up in a physical struggle. Nagl put his son in a choke hold to end it. The son called 911 and police arrested the father. The headmaster was placed on administrative leave. The Board of Trustees plans on meeting next week and will reassess the situation.

Police have identified the pilot and passenger of the small plane that crashed in Lindenwold, Camden County, yesterday afternoon. 66-year-old Wayne Gilchrist of Marlton, NJ, was flying the aircraft and 72-year-old David Misek of Cherry Hill was the only passenger. Gilchrist suffered severe lacerations to his face and needed stitches. Police have not been able to speak with him. Misek suffered a broken hip and will require surgery. He told investigators that the plane had an unknown mechanical problem just before the crash. The official cause has not been determined. The plane was a 1946 Ercoupe 415-C and it took off from Flying W Airport in Medford. It crashed in a backyard in the 500 block of Linden Avenue.
