Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will be in town Monday campaigning for millennial votes, but she'll also be fundraising. Voters in the 20-to-30-something age group are not known for high turn-out. Millennials have overtaken baby boomers as the largest living generation, according to the census bureau. Before her public speech, Comcast Executive Vice President David Cohen will host a fundraiser for the candidate at his Mt. Airy home. Clinton will meet privately with donors willing to pay $10,000 for lunch, or $50,000 for a smaller meeting.

Delaware State Troopers uncovered a portable meth lab during the course of another investigation and busted the illegal operation. Officials say the troopers were on the 5000 block of Mud Mill Road in Camden with an arrest warrant for 37-year-old James Murphy on felony theft charges. An investigation revealed that the residence had been abandoned and when the owner of the property responded to the residence, Murphy and a female subject, identified as 30-year-old Brittney Ebright, refused to leave. The pair were taken into custody without incident. Investigators say Murphy was found to be in possession of one bundle of heroin. They were charged with operating a clandestine lab, conspiracy to the second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Murphy is also being charged for possession of heroin and resisting arrest.

With the costs of health care for pets at a record high, sometimes a pet owner is faced with no other choice than to put their animal down because of the expense of treatments or surgeries. A locally headquartered pet insurance company is launching a new plan on Monday that it hopes will revolutionize the industry. Chemotherapy, hip replacements, and stem cell treatment, many of the latest medical procedures and treatments for pets can cost hundreds, and even thousands, of dollars. Chris Ashton is the co-founder of Pet Plan pet insurance, based in Newtown Square. It’s been around for 10 years. "Pet parents in America are going to spend about $16 billion on veterinary care, and the thing with pet insurance is you don’t have to worry about whether you can afford treatment, you just have to focus on getting fluffy better and back on his paws," said Ashton. Pet plan is offering a new policy: unlimited level of coverage. There used to be a $10,000-a-year payout limit. You can also choose a deductible. You’ll be able to get a quick quote at gopetplan.com. Policies range from $200 to $2,000 a year.
