Two men have now been charged with the murder of a woman in Germantown on Friday. Both men have ties to the Temple University Police Department. 47-year-old Aaron Wright and 41-year-old Marquis Robinson are each charged with six criminal counts including murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy and abuse of a corpse. Wright was dismissed from the Temple force in 2012 and Robinson was a current officer but has been terminated as a result of the charges. Police were called to the 4600 block of Greene Street around 10:40 a.m. Friday for the report of a shooting. They found the 24-year-old victim dead, however, she was not shot. They took her boyfriend, Wright, into custody at the scene. Both men are being held at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility after being denied bail. Police have not identified the victim.

A 3-alarm fire destroyed a lumber yard in Gloucester County, New Jersey on Sunday afternoon. The fire broke out at family-owned Colucci Lumber on Delsea Drive in Malaga around 2 p.m. The heat of the day, low water pressure, and winds made it difficult to fight the fire. Around 200 firefighters from 30 companies responded to the scene. Tanker trucks had to bring in water from a nearby lake because there were no hydrants in the area. Two fire fighters had to be taken to the hospital with heat exhaustion, while a few more were treated at the scene. The community business was started over 70 years ago in 1945 and it is still owned and run in the family. They do not yet know if it is salvageable.

Video of a fight in a Northeast Philadelphia Wawa location was posted on Facebook late on Friday night. The incident starts with a group of customers shouting at an employee. A larger customer tries to step between them and escort them out. As the unruly group makes their way to the exit, they start grabbing pre-made food and throwing it around the store. They never made it all the way out before the group of males and females turned on another customer and started beating the man. They chased him around the store throwing punches and kicking him. The group eventually left when they heard that the police were on their way.
