Cherie Amoore, who is accused of kidnapping a 7-week old baby from the King of Prussia mall last week, was released from jail on Wednesday after posting bail. Amoore is charged with kidnapping of a minor, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, interference with the custody of a child, concealment of the whereabouts of a child and other related charges. Last Thursday around 5:45 p.m., she allegedly took the baby boy while the mother was distracted near the food court at the mall. She told police that she recently lost her own baby and was overcome by a rush of emotions. Her bail was set at $500,000.

Princeton University has fired its men's lacrosse coach after he elbowed an opposing player during a game. The Ivy League school announced that it had fired head coach Chris Bates yesterday after reviewing the incident. It took place on Saturday during a game at Brown University. Video showed Bates hitting Brown midfielder John Yozzo-Scaperrotta as the player left the field. In his seven seasons as coach, Bates led the team to three Ivy titles and two NCAA tournament appearances.

Aramark has decided to keep its global headquarters in Philadelphia. The provider of food, facilities, and uniform services has been located in the city since 1961. Its current lease runs out in 2018 and it began weighing options for possible locations last year. “A variety of key factors were evaluated that included the overall business environment, access to talent, costs, diversity, transportation and quality of life,” read a statement. The company employs around 6,500 people in Philadelphia and 14,000 in Pennsylvania. Both Mayor Kenney and Governor Wolf released statements praising the decision. The company now will decide whether or not it will stay in its namesake Aramark Tower at 1101 Market Street. Expect a decision at the end of the summer.
