Sky Ice Falls Through Windshield; Two More Americans Identified Victims; EWTN Mother Angelica Dies

A hunk of ice fell from the sky and smashed through the windshield of a parked car in central Pennsylvania leaving a 3 foot hole. The car was in the lot of a Cumberland County car dealership on Friday afternoon. Hampden Township Police believe the ice came from a plane. A salesman was approximately 15 feet from the car when the ice hit. No one was hurt.

Two more Americans have been identified as killed in the attacks on Brussels, the State Department confirmed Sunday, bringing the total number of U.S. citizens confirmed as victims to four. Justin Shults, originally from Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and his wife, Stephanie, of Lexington, Kentucky are graduates Vanderbilt University. They were dropping Stephanie's mother off at the airport in Brussels and were watching her walk through security when the bombs went off. The State Department said, "We express our deepest condolences" to those who lost loved ones in the attack, but declined to identify them publicly. Officials have said previously that at least a dozen Americans were injured in the attack last Tuesday. Earlier Sunday, the White House said that President Barack Obama telephoned the parents of an American couple identified as among the dead in last week's attacks. The White House said Obama offered his condolences and praised Justin and Stephanie Shults as epitomizing all that was good about America. The White House said the president also assured their parents that the thoughts, prayers and resolve of the nation are with them at this difficult time. Thirty-one people were killed and 270 injured in the attacks Tuesday at the Brussels airport and a train station.

Mother Angelica, founder of the Alabama-based Eternal Word Television Network, died on Sunday, Her death on Easter Sunday came after a struggle with the after effects of a stroke. She launched EWTN in 1981 in Irondale, Alabama in a church garage with just $200. The Catholic satellite network now provides 24-hour-a-day programming for 144 countries with nearly 400 employees. Mother Angelica, dead at the age of 92.
