The sexual assault case against actor Bill Cosby is moving forward. And a key battle will be waged over explicit testimony he gave in a deposition more than a decade ago. Montgomery County Judge Steven O'Neill on Wednesday rejected the testimony of a former suburban Philadelphia prosecutor who said he promised Cosby would never be prosecuted. The decision allows the case to move to a preliminary hearing on March 8. Cosby, 78, was arrested in December and charged with drugging and violating former Temple University athletic department employee Andrea Constand at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004. The TV star could get up to 10 years in prison if convicted. He has not yet entered a plea.

Two tires blew out on an Allegiant Air jet during landing Wednesday at Lehigh Valley International Airport. The fully booked McDonnell Douglas MD-80, was coming in from Orlando when it touched down on a wet runway at 5:46 p.m. The left main tires blew out when it landed. None of the 158 people on board was hurt and the airline offered all of the passengers $100 vouchers for the inconvenience. Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the airport to check for damage and injuries, and the plane quickly was evacuated. The 152 passengers and six crew members were taken to the terminal on buses. Allegiant said the plane was scheduled for a return flight to Orlando Sanford International Airport, but that flight was put on hold. The airline apologized to passengers for their "inconvenience" and offered them $100 vouchers on a future flight.
